Scope of Services. Through this Site, Happy Smoke Shop markets and arranges E-Liquids, Hookahs, Water Pipes, Rolling Papers, Cigars. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Law and Venue. CA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in CA.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
